Role Description Is the overall in-charge of delivery of a project to the client. Manages resources, time-lines, customer inter! action, and deliverables of the project(! quality and timelines) The PM is expected!to possess domain expertise and this translates into hands on technical involvement by the PM, at leats at a high level architecture/design review level. Consults with the client team and the consulting team to arrive at business solutions Guides the team in architecture and design of the solution and also in solving technical issues-expectation fo the team is that the PM should be hands on technically. These business goals are translated to the overall deliverables Understands and identifies KSFs (Key success factors), KRFs (Key Risk Factors) and manages these with the clients Role requires industry exposure, technical orientation, process knowledge, implementation and client handling, negotiation and facilitation skills Requires a high degree of maturity and client acceptance, and excellent communication skills Takes ownership for the process! compliance in the project.
